Marion Spaulding Obituary Spaulding, Marion Sophia, age 99, died peacefully August 3, 2010 at Windward Gardens long term care facility in Camden, Maine. She was born November 26, 1910 in Minneapolis, Minnesota. The daughter of Peter William N. and Ellen S. (Olson) Boysen; sister to Edwin Boysen, Eleanor Hunt, Evelyn Stonestrom and Katherine Wilson. She was preceded in death by her husband of 47 years, Donald George Spaulding, on April 23, 1979. Marion lived most of her life in the Minneapolis area and moved to Greenville, Maine in 1985. She is survived by daughter, Donna Mae Jones and son-in-law Donald Weyburne Jones of Plymouth, Minnesota and daughter Nancy Evelyn Watler and son-in-law Karl William Watler of Greenville, Maine and Evergreen, Colorado; grandchildren, Katherine Sanken of Litchfield, Minnesota, William Watler of Evergreen, Colorado, Nancy Jones of Brooklyn Park, Minnesota, Jamie Schnetzer of Belfast, Maine, and Charles Watler of Stevenson Ranch, California and 10 great-grandchildren and 3 nieces. Funeral service 10:30 AM Friday, September 17, 2010 at David Lee Funeral Home, 1220 E. Wayzata Blvd., Wayzata with reception following. Interment Fort Snelling National Cemetery.
