Mary Gehrman Obituary Gehrman, Mary P. age 94, of Minnetonka. Born May 21, 1911 in Red Wing, MN and passed away April 4, 2006. Preceded in death by husband, Dr. Fred Gehrman; daughter, Virginia Grover; parents, Timothy and Lucy (Featherstone) Perkins; and brother, Vernon Perkins. Survived by sons, Charles and wife Ann, Robert and wife Marilyn; grandchildren, Kimberly Gehrman-White and husband Michael White, Jason Gehrman, Chad Gehrman and wife Evengia, Greg Gehrman, Elizabeth Grover and Brent Grover; step grandchildren, Michael Parker and wife Jenifer, Douglas Parker and wife Michiko, and Robert Parker; great- grandchildren, Alexandra and Madeleine White, and Daniel Gehrman; step-great-grandchildren, Garrett, Noah and Kaitlyn Parker; sister, Grace Page; son-in-law, Alan Grover; sister-in-law, Vivian Perkins; and numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Mary was a graduate of Red Wing High School and the University of Minnesota with a BS degree in Home Economics. Married Dr. Fred Gehrman, founder of Gehrman Animal Hospital in Minnetonka. Member of Wayzata Community Church since 1945. Member of the P.E.O. for 60 years. Active in the 4-H Club as a club member, 4-H leader and charter member of the Hennepin County 4-H Foundation. Lifetime member of the Minnesota Veterinary Medical Auxiliary. Funeral service Saturday 10 AM at Wayzata Community Church, 125 E. Wayzata Blvd. Visitation Friday 5-8 PM at David Lee Funeral Home, 1220 E. Wayzata Blvd, Wayzata and 1 hour before the funeral on Saturday at church. Interment Oakwood Cemetery at 3 PM in Red Wing, MN. Memorials preferred to the 4-H Foundation or Wayzata Community Church.
