Michael 'Mike' Hayes Obituary Hayes, Michael D. age 70 of Minnetonka died October 24, 2024. Mike dedicated his career to building homes, but his true passion lay in creating his beloved log cabin up north. Countless weekends were spent there, where he poured his heart into crafting a space for his family to cherish and enjoy family time together for generations. Preceded in death by parents, Ralph and Mary Hayes and sister, Patricia Scott. Survived by his wife of 43 years, Cindy; children, Melissa Dildy (Carlton), Brandon Hayes (Jourdan) and Eric Hayes (Sarah); grandchildren, Ray Ray, Caiden, Nora, Hadley, Owen, Cobe, Mackenzie and Kip (KJ) as well as other loving relatives and friends. Memorial service 11:00 a.m. Friday, November 1, 2024 at Bloomington Living Hope Lutheran Church, 9350 Portland Avenue South, Bloomington with visitation one hour prior to the service at church. In lieu of flowers memorials preferred to the church.
