Michael Pflaum Obituary Pflaum, Michael A. age 64, died Saturday, January 31 at Meridian Manor in Wayzata, MN, where he was a resident. Michael was born July 28, 1944 in Minneapolis, Minnesota, the son of Rosalynd C. and Leo R. Pflaum. He graduated from Blake School and Stanford University. Following graduation from Stanford, Michael worked for a number of years as sales manager for a San Francisco radio station. He then returned to work with his brother, Peter, as a vice president of Lundgren Bros. Construction, Inc., where he spent the remainder of his business career until his retirement. Michael spent a large amount of his leisure time hunting and fishing. Michael's associates and friends always enjoyed his combination of wit and intelligence. He will be sorely missed by his family and friends. Michael is survived by his mother, Rosalynd C. Pflaum; by his brother, Stephen R. Pflaum and his wife Ann, and their sons, Bruce Pflaum and his wife Hanne, and Andrew Pflaum and his wife Heidi; by his brother, Peter Pflaum and his wife Lawny, and their sons, Jason Pflaum and his wife Jill, and Jeremy Pflaum; and by nieces and nephew, Campbell and Atticus Pflaum, Helena Pflaum, and Philippa, Ainsley and Antonia Pflaum. Service and interment at Lakewood Cemetery will be private. The family recommends that memorials in Michael's memory be made to the Blake School, 110 Blake Road, Hopkins, MN 55343.
