Patricia Lind Obituary Age 73, born March 27, 1937, died October 31, 2010. Survived by husband, LeRoy Lind of Plymouth, MN; daughter, Kathy Nelson, son-in-law, Greg, and grandson, Kevin of Plano, TX; brother, Herman Solle of Portland, TX; 15 nieces and nephews; 28 great nieces and nephews, and 4 cousins. Preceded in death by parents, Herman and Opal Solle; brother Guy Rex Solle; sisters Harriet Muehlberg and Mary Bennett Fogerty, and son Bob Lind. Pat grew up in South Minneapolis until the family moved to Lexington in her teens. Pat graduated from Minneapolis Marshall High School in 1956. Pat and LeRoy were married in 1958. Pat and LeRoy spent a year in Newfoundland while LeRoy was in the Air Force, lived a few years in Milwaukee while LeRoy attended college, then moved back to Minnesota in 1962. Pat worked at JC Penney and supported LeRoys business in the early years. Pat had many wonderful friends. Pats extended family was always very important to her; she was the matriarch of the family and will be missed. Pat loved to shop, travel, garden, and eat delicious food. Funeral service 11 AM Wednesday, November 3, 2010 at David Lee Funeral Home, 1220 E. Wayzata Blvd., Wayzata. Lunch will follow the funeral service at Pat and LeRoys home in Plymouth. Visitation 5-7 PM Tuesday at the funeral home. Memorials may be directed to the American Cancer Society.
