Paul Jones Obituary Jones, Paul E. Died on August 1, 2016 in Wayzata, Minnesota at the amazing age of 91 surrounded by his loving family. From volunteer fireman, Army Air Corps Bombardier, Washington University football star to advertising legend and loving husband, father, grandfather and faithful friend, Paul led a full life with determination, humor and a positive spirit. Known for his passion and commitment to the advertising industry, Paul held positions at top agencies throughout his career. Recognized by his colleagues as a great mentor, motivator and leader, Paul encouraged many individuals in the advertising field and enjoyed them all tremendously. He had 91 wonderful years but has left a hole in the heart of those he has left behind and will be missed by all. He was a great person to go to for advice when life got challenging - he always had a listening ear and a heartfelt response. Preceded in death by his first wife Marilyn Mihill Jones. Survived by his second wife Jerry Adams Jones, his four children Jeffrey Lee Jones (Courtney Amos Jones), Julie Jones Williams (Keith P. Williams, Jr.), Janet Hollander Lawrence (Gregory W. Lawrence), and Joanne Elizabeth Adams Jones and five grandchildren Madeline Jones, Isabel Jones, Nicholas Lawrence, Christopher Lawrence and Anne Williams. A memorial service will be held at Wayzata Community Church on Wednesday, August 10, 2016 at 1:00 pm.
