Peter Lytle Obituary Lytle, Peter C. Age 60, of Minnetonka, formerly of Dubuque, IA, passed away peacefully on July 25, 2009. Loved and missed by his wife of 34 years, Vivian; son, Patrick (fiance Rachel) and daughter, Kaitlin. Also survived by parents, Eugene and Charlotte; twin brother, Thomas (Marianne); sister, Julie; mother-in-law, Elvia; sister-in-law, Charlotte; nephew, Abel (Tracy); nieces, Lindsay (Jessie), Abbey (Brad); and Stephanie; and five great-nieces and nephews. An extraordinary businessman and noted entrepreneur, Peter was president of The Business Development Group; executive director and founder of Live Green, Live Smart; chairman of the board for College Nannies and Tutors; and chairman of the board for Acuity Medical Systems. He worked tirelessly to promote socially responsible causes while continuing to express creativity in his art and photography. A former educator, Peter never stopped teaching. His visionary thinking, intellect, laughter, curiosity, generosity, warmth and charm, will be sorely missed but surely never forgotten by his family and many friends. Memorial service will be held Friday, July 31 at 11:00 AM at Noerenberg Memorial Gardens (2865 North Shore Drive, Orono) followed by a reception at the Lytle home.
