Phillip Semmer Obituary Semmer, Phillip George 61, of Wayzata, passed away peacefully surrounded by his family August 10, 2012 after a two-year battle with prostate cancer. Preceded in death by son Phillip Austin Semmer. Survived by his wife, Karine; daughter, Anne Abel (Brandon), and his first grandchild, arriving any day now. Funeral service will be private.
