Richard Rue Obituary Rue, Richard Charles of Oak Grove, MN passed away on September 5, 2019 at the age of 91. Survived by his wife, Dorothy Rue, whom he was married to for 64 years; his son, Robert Rue; his daughter, Lisa Rue Offerdahl and his grandson, Otis Rue. Richard was fighter pilot in the air force and went on to start Cyberdata Systems Corporation, a software company. Richard was a great father to his children; he was loved immensely; we will always miss you Dad!!
