Rollie Peterson Obituary Peterson, Roland Rollie age 79 passed away June 13, 2008 peacefully in his home with his family at his side. A lifetime resident of Wayzata, Minnesota and a resident of St. Petersburg, Florida. Survived by his wife of 54 years, Faye Peterson; brother, Richard Peterson (Greta); sons, Roland Peterson Jr. (Lisa), Kurt Peterson (Lori); daughters, Kimberly Tiller, Kelly Deters (Jeff); 13 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren. Preceded in death by his parents Alma and Peter Peterson; brother, Robert Peterson; daughter, Karen West; son-in-law, Espen Tiller and his beloved dog Shadow"". Rollie was a member of the American Legion Post 118 in Wayzata. He will always be remembered for his endearing love for his family and friends, his generosity, and passion for golf. Rollie will be forever missed by his family and friends. Funeral service 11 am Wednesday, June 18 at David Lee Funeral Home, 1220 E. Wayzata Blvd., Wayzata. Visitation 5-8 Tuesday with 7 pm prayer service at the funeral home. Interment Fairview Cemetery, Mound.
