Ronald Jerutis Obituary
Jerutis, Ronald Frank Kenneth. Age 68 of Deephaven, passed away August 18th surrounded by his family. He was a wonderful husband, father and grandfather, fabulous cook and scribe known for his entertaining Christmas letters. Born in Chicago on February 21, 1945, he graduated from St. Ignatius High School, earned a B.A. from Boston College where he was a winner of the Fulton Prize for debate in 1966, and an MBA from Notre Dame. Preceded in death by parents, Frank and Agnes. Survived by loving wife, Susan; sister, Cynthia (Michael) OLeary; parents-in-law, Joseph and Dorothy Coury; sisters-in-law, Mary Elizabeth (Ronald) Gifford, and Patty (Gerry) Kucera; daughters, Jennifer (John) Ore, Sarah (Tim) Escudier; son, Jason (Lindsay); beloved Gogo to grandchildren, Teddy, Veronica, Eleanor and Auggie; and numerous dear nieces and nephews. Visitation Friday August 23, from 4-6pm at David Lee Funeral Home, 1220 E Wayzata Blvd, Wayzata. Mass of Christian Burial Saturday, 10am with visitation starting at 9:30am at The Church of St. Therese in Deephaven, 18323 Minnetonka Blvd. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Boston College Fulton Debate Society www.bc.edu/give.
