Shirley Berlin Obituary Age 93 of Wayzata. Born March 8, 1924 and passed away on November 8, 2017. Preceded in death by husband, Elmer "Bud" Berlin; son, Mathew; sisters, Jean Bear, Patricia Sorenson, and Joan Shaw; grandson, Benjamin Rossman and daughter-in-law, Patricia Berlin. Survived by children, Kristine Rossman, James Berlin, Scott Berlin, Daniel Berlin, and Mary (Thomas) Myers; grandchildren, Catherine, Sarah, Thomas, Monica and Graham; six great grandchildren. Shirley loved wild flowers, birds, the outdoors and was an eclectic reader. Always served the needs of others first and was forever gracious. Shirley volunteered for many years in the schools, Interfaith Outreach, and was an Election Judge in Wayzata for decades. Mass of Christian Burial will be on Thursday November 16, at 11 AM with visitation starting at 10 AM at The Church of Saint Bartholomew, 630 East Wayzata Blvd in Wayzata. Interment at Calvary Cemetery in Red Wing. Memorials preferred to the Interfaith Outreach & Community Partners (IOCP).
