Terri Larson Obituary Larson, Terri Lee Age 63, a longtime resident of Orono, died March 29, 2007 after a long illness. Terri was born on April 18, 1943 to William and Florence Nelson in Minneapolis. She was a graduate of Roosevelt High School where her bright smile and engaging personality led to many enduring friendships. Terri was retired from a long, successful career in the travel sector where she gained a reputation for her caring, supportive nature and her deep Christian faith. Terri married Allan Larson on April 19, 1980. They enjoyed living, gardening and entertaining at their home on North Arm Bay on Lake Minnetonka for many years. Terri continued her spiritual journey, growing in the confidence of the resurrection and in the conviction that God had a plan for her life. Terri had the unique ability to be a witness to her faith in all circumstances and helped countless others in their spiritual growth. Terri was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and sister. She loved traveling with her family and meeting new people. She adored her only grandson - her sweet William who telephoned his beloved Grammie almost every day. Terri was beloved by her family for her great faith and fighting spirit. We will never forget her beautiful smile, her contagious laugh or her amazing will to live. Now she is in God's loving arms. Terri is preceded in death by her parents, William and Florence Nelson. She is survived by her husband, Allan; her daughter, Alison Trimble (Mike) of Arlington Virginia; her beloved grandson, William Burns; and her sister, Tracy Kirby of Woodland, Minnesota. Visitation will be at David Lee Funeral Home, 1220 E. Wayzata Blvd, Wayzata, from 5-8 PM on Wednesday, April 4. Funeral service will be held at St. Peters Lutheran Church, 3030 Navajo Avenue, Watertown at 10 AM on Thursday, April 5. Interment at St. Peters Cemetery, Watertown.
