William Fennessey Obituary
Age 87, of Plymouth, MN, passed away April 13, 2016. Preceded in death by his beloved wife Kate, parents, two brothers, and infant grandson, David. Bill was a graduate of Boston College who honorably served in the United States Army during the Korean War era. He retired from McQuay International after 44 years of service. He was a long-time faithful servant of St. Bartholomew Catholic Church and a volunteer with the Plymouth Story Time Players. In his spare time, Bill was an avid bowler. Survived by his loving children; Kathy Rollins, Emmet (Jeanie) Fennessey, Michael Fennessey, Eileen (Dwayne) Saunders, Liz (Al) Cotie, John Fennessey, Tish (Lamont Schultz) Kroeger; grandchildren, Dan (Kita) Rollins, Katie Saunders, Julie Saunders, Molly Kroeger, Hannah Kroeger, Grace Kroeger, Kathleen Fennessey, Billy Cotie; great-granddaughter, Glory Rollins; sister, Nancy Fennessey of Boston, MA. Mass of Christian Burial Monday April 18, 10 AM with visitation one hour prior at The Church of St. Bartholomew, 630 Wayzata Blvd E, Wayzata, MN. Visitation Sunday 3-5 PM at David Lee Funeral Home, 1220 E. Wayzata Blvd, Wayzata, MN. Interment Resurrection Cemetery on Tuesday. In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred to Park Nicollet Methodist Hospice or Lewy Body Dementia Association.
