William Godsave Obituary Godsave, William A. age 90 of Wayzata passed away January 9, 2012. Bill was known for his willing, generous spirit and interest in people. He was proud of his varied life experiences he attended and graduated from the University of Chicago and UC Berkeley, served in WWII (both theaters), worked for the Willow River Penal Institution, BBDO in Minneapolis and retired from General Mills after 25 years of service. Survived by his sons, Bill (Heidi) and Tommy; grandchildren, Sarah Gaustad (Joel), Ben Godsave (Andrea); 5 great-grandchildren and several younger friends he hadnt outlived yet. Memorial service 4:30 PM Friday, January 13, 2012 at David Lee Funeral Home, 1220 E. Wayzata Blvd., Wayzata with visitation beginning at 4 PM.
