Carol Jean (Udenberg) Peterson (age 77) of Plymouth, MN passed away peacefully on April 12, 2020 after a courageous battle with cancer. Carol was preceded in death by her parents, two brothers and two sisters. Carol enjoyed traveling, playing cards with friends, visiting relatives and watching her grandchildren play in various sports along with her granddaughter’s dance recitals. Her love of the outdoors showed in her beautiful flower gardens. Carol took great pride in her career in retirement account administration, retiring from CBA in January 2019 after over 50 years of working with retirement accounts. She enjoyed many years as a member of ABWA. Carol is survived by husband, Donald; children, Wendy, Tammie and Craig; grandchildren, Reid, Nicole (Nicholas), Steven (Dayna), Michael and Ryan; great-grandchildren, Morgana and Benjamin; sister, Maxine; brother, Richard (Jan) and brother-in-law, John. The family wishes to thank the doctors and nurses at Minnesota Oncology and the Fairview Hospice team for the wonderful care they provided to Carol and her whole family. Service will be held at Fort Snelling at a later date.
