My daughter was first sent to another mortuary. They were not responsive to our calls. Jason arranged for a smooth transfer to your care. And caring it proved to be. You arranged for a family viewing. The gentle lighting and a bit of make-up made this final time with her easier, even for the children. We chose a box for her ashes that is just lovely. You were responsive to our calls, listened and cared and I know it was genuine. With deep gratitude.

Jason & Mark you were amazing. You were both so thoughtful, patient and kind to me as we worked through the arrangements for my husband Warren. His celebration of life was beautiful thanks to your outstanding assistance. It meant so much to me to work with such caring and loving people! Thank you from the bottom of my heart!

Mark and Jason, sending you our most heartfelt appreciation for all your support at the time of our son's funeral and also for the lovely Candlelight Service. Our family has been able to journey through our loss in part because of your outstanding compassion and support! It has been comforting to have you by our side-you felt like family.
